PSG and Juventus set to hijack Arsenal move for 22-year-old technically gifted playmaker
Premier League giants, Arsenal will reportedly have to fight off stiff competition from UCL giants Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain to secure services of Houssem Aouar from Lyon next year.
The North London club were heavily linked with the France international during the summer transfer window, however, were unable to come to an agreement with Ligue 1 giants over a transfer fee.
The 22-year-old midfielder ultimately stayed with his French team, however, the rumours surrounding his future is again gathering pace, with a recent report suggesting that Mikel Arteta’s side could make move in the transfer window.
According to Tuttosport, the London heavyweights are planning another swoop for the playmaker, however, Serie A defending champions Juve and Frenhc giants PSG are also firmly in the hunt for his signature.
The report suggests that the Italian giants believe that they are in a strong position when it comes to open talks with Lyon following to their close relationship with the Ligue 1 side.
Aouar has managed to found back of the net only one time in five league games for Les Gones this campaign.
