Liverpool in pole position to sign world-cup winning forward

Ligue 1 champions, Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe could reportedly be available for £91m in the next summer transfer window.

The France international forward who is widely regarded as the outstanding youngsters in world football, has managed to found back of the net 91 times and provided 51 assists in 125 appearance for PSG in all competitions.

The France international’s current contract  is due to end in June 2022, though, and both Liverpool and Real Madrid are believed to be closely keeping tabs on his situation at Parc de Princess.

A recent report suggested that the Merseyside Reds are in regular talks with the 21-year-old forward, who has scored 14 goals in 35 games for his national team with who he has managed to claim the world-cup trophy back in 2018.

According to L’Equipe, should Kylian Mbappe fail to agree an extension with Ligue 1 champions, before next summer then his price could drop to £91m as the French giants would face losing him for free following year.

The World-Cup winning forward is already off the mark in terms of goals for the 2020-21 season, having found the back of the net in his team’s 3-0 win away to Nice in Ligue 1 last weekend.
