Chelsea plotting move for Bayern Munich 25-year-old attacker

Chelsea and Liverpool are keeping an eye on forward Kingsley Coman, as the Frenchman is tipped to leave Bayern Munich, reports The Mirror.

The two Premier League clubs were interested in the 25-year-old star during the summer transfer market but were put off by the €100m demands coming from Julian Nagelsmann’s side.

Coman’s deal with the club runs until the summer of 2023, but the player has already spoken of his willingness to feel more appreciated at the Allianz Arena outfit or search for pastures new.

Having played for Bayern Munich, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain, giants of the German, Italian and French games, it now seems as though the attacker could be moving to an elite club in England.

Former Die Roten sporting director Christian Nerlinger has previously told BILD TV that he thinks Kingsley will leave Bayern Munich before the option is there to depart for nothing.

That would make financial sense for the Bundesliga outfit, especially as Kingsley is yet to start or contribute to a goal in any competition this season.

Coman is now set to be out until October because of discovering a cardiac arrhythmia, which led to the pacy wide man having a minor heart operation after suffering from shortness of breath.
