Arsenal set to renew interest in free-scoring French forward

According to Football.London, Arsenal could renew interest in signing of French forwrd, Odsonne Edouard in January next year.

The North London club conducted some good business in the recent summer transfer window where they managed to secure services of Thomas Partey, Willian and Gabriel Magalhaes.

The 22-year-old French striker has started out his football career with PSG back in 2011, he quickly climbed up through the youth set up to be promoted to the senior side back in 2016.

However, he was immediately sent on loan to another French club, Toulouse, where he struggled for regular first-team football playing only 17 games. On his return, he was again sent on loan, this time at Celtic were he has found his best form and become one of the best players at the club and it forced Scottish giants to make his mover permanent.

At Celtic, he has scored 66 goals and provided 32 assists in just 136 appearances. He has been a regular in the France youth teams and has scored 11 goals in 6 games for U-21 side.

The Frenchman was a transfer target of Arsenal last summer and they would be wise enough to reignite their interest in the free-scoring forward.
