Jurgen Klopp have £40m ready to splash out on top-class pair

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has made Arsenal attacker Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and Inter Milan striker Gabriel Barbosa, his top priorities of this month, as reported by the German media.

Jurgen Klopp has been given £40million to spend in his team in January and has been linked with for several top-class players.

However, having been given a firm no over No 1 target Christian Pulisic by Borussia Dortmund, and with Bayer Leverkusen’s Julian Brandt identified as a target for the next summer, The German has switched his attention to Oxlade-Chamberlain, as reported by the Bild.

The Englishman is set to be becoming frequently disappointed at his failure to secure a regular first-team place at The Emirates and Klopp believes he can tempt him to join the Merseyside’s this month.

However, It’s not understood how much the footballer would cost, but Arsenal are incredible to offload at anything less than £35million.

And as the Bild reports any extra cash will be spent by Liverpool to land Brazil striker Barbosa on loan for the remainder of the campaign. The attacker known in his homeland as Gabigol has failed to settle at the San Siro, despite claims from the player he has no desire to leave.
