Chelsea have seen bid rejected for the £34m rated technically gifted powerhouse

Serie A side Atalanta have turned down a £15 million offer from Everton for Chelsea transfer target Franck Kessie, as reported by The Guardian.

The Italian club want to keep hold of the youngster, who has netted six goals thus far this campaign, and are consequently holding out for around £34m.

The Blues revealed that they would be ready to splash around £21m for the African in December and may submit an offer in this January window.

In other transfer news, Swansea have informed Chelsea that the striker Fernando Llorente is not for sale.
